The 3rd day in the trip was reserved for the visit at the Expo Venue. The site located near the last stop of the subway so the transportation was not inconvenient at all.
It was the 2nd time Milan held the exposition (1st was in 1906). The theme was “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”. It embraced technology, innovation, culture, traditions and creativity and how they relate to food and diet. I remembered my 1st and 2nd visits to an Expo event (2005 Japan; 2010 China). The places were loaded with people but in general very polite. This time the queues were not very long; yet some Pavilions might let only a small batch of people getting in which took an average 4 hours per round (e.g. Japan Pavilion).
We have entered a few of them, including Ireland, Germany, Slovakia, Russia and Azerbaijan Pavilions. The show lasted from 01 May 2015 to 31 Oct 2015.
