The online reservation of the class has been made much earlier than the trip began. It was expected to be a fun activity. There was no entrance fee but each participant paid 500 yen.
Having verified the identity at the lobby counter, we moved upstairs to wait in front of the queue. There were lots of participants, families and children. The lecture proceeded with some English instruction. A staff could speak English well also. The approach was not complicated as if those could be seen on TV programmes. Everyone could watch and follow quickly.
Upon completion after 2 hours, the staff carried the noodles for deep-fried in the kitchen. After packing with personal painting, a bag of individual instant noodle was born. Each student carried the used scarf back to home as a free souvenir.
After returning home (certainly by hand-carry on the flight), by adding favorite side dishes on the bowl of noodle, the taste was enjoyable and relatively stronger than the local brands in Hong Kong.
